Metlakatla Car Rentals
During your stay in Metlakatla you may wish to rent a vehicle to get you around town, for sightseeing, or to go “out the road” (Airport Road) perhaps to visit the World War II runway and old hangar building.
Metlakatla Car Rentals is Metlakatla’s only professional car rental and is exclusively recommended by many hospitality businesses in Southeast Alaska. The company is owned by Lawrrence G. and Lindarae Shearer of Metlatkatla. We offer clean, non-smoking cars, vans or trucks for rent – five in total (one “stick” shift). In 2009 we also added two Honda Elite scooters and a four-wheeler to our rental fleet to make your sightseeing experience even more enjoyable.
